You may have heard that we are making some exciting enhancements to our DNA matching service. In order to upgrade everyone’s results, we are currently reprocessing over 500k sets of DNA results, not a small undertaking. During this time, we will not be publishing new DNA matches. We’re expecting this process to only take a couple of weeks. After that, the new and improved DNA matching results will start coming your way. Of course, we will notify you when your upgraded results are ready-everyone will benefit. So, stay tuned.

Thanks for the heads up. But since you are apparently still ignoring the much needed chromosome browser (according to various blogs), I'd hardly call it "exciting". Can you make this posting a "sticky"? Else we're going to be even more inundated with "Where are my results?" questions than we already are.

Oh, yeah. One more thing. Could you please ask the development team to put a notice to this effect on the main DNA page? I'm sure that's the first place most people would expect to see a warning like this.

Hi Jeff,
I've made this post sticky, but that will only keep it at the top of this forum so we may still see questions on the subject. Feel free to refer them to this post if you'd like.
I've submitted your request to our developers.
Thanks,
Rebecca R.
